Product Description
Natur-Tec™ BDT570-GFAC Foam is a biodegradable, closed cell foam that provides excellent impact absorption for parts and components during shipment and storage.  Natur-Tec™ BDT570-GFAC Foam is safe, non-toxic, water-soluble and a fully biodegradable polymer material that meets all U.S. and International standards for biodegradability, including specifications for compostable plastics, including; ASTM D6400 (USA), DIN 54900 (Germany) and EN13432 (Europe).
 
 
Application

Natur-Tec™ BDT570-GFAC Foam is a lightweight, resilient and strong
all-purpose packaging material.  It provides impact protection, helping to reduce the risk of damage to fragile parts in transit, and also has a high resistance to temperature fluctuations.  Natur-Tec™ BDT570-GFAC Foam is an ideal material for packaging fragile items, covering protruding edges or corners of objects prior to shipment and as a general packaging material.
